POLICY APPLIES TO RETAIL AND WHOLESALE ORDERS
If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, we will gladly refund it.
- Must be returned in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unwashed & undamaged). In order to keep their shape, hats must be returned in a box, not a soft package. 25% will be deducted from the refund total on all damaged or incorrectly returned items.
- Items must be returned within 30 days from purchase. Any items returned after 30 days will not be refunded, and customers are responsible for arranging shipping for returns.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return items.
- Only regular priced items may be returned/refunded. This includes discounted bundle products as well as sale items.
- Returns are only offered on domestic orders.
- An order number or receipt is required for all returns.
- Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective.
- Returns will not be processed until we have received your item.
